The Stanthorpe Gremlins is a proud Rugby League Club that was established in 1974. Rugby League in Stanthorpe started way back in 1919. The organisation was established in order to provide opportunities for the community of Stanthorpe areas to participate in the sport of rugby league. The club fosters the sport and provides programs, facilities and services for the benefit of the local community. The club also conducts a range of activities in partnership with local schools and other sporting clubs, including Stanthorpe Oztag and Granite Belt Softball.
The Stanthorpe Gremlins are an all-inclusive club that encourages participation above all else.
The Stanthorpe Gremlins are the only sporting club known is Australia to have the “Gremlin” as their club emblem.
The Stanthorpe Gremlins have junior and senior teams that actively participate in the Warwick & District Junior Rugby League and Border Rugby League competitions respectively.
